LEARN AND CONNECT AT THE IMPACT UNLIMITED SUMMIT

Julian Blake

Director, Impact Unlimited

September’s Impact Unlimited Summit will help you scale your impact. It will leave you inspired, better connected and clearer on what works, whichever sector you work in.

How can organisations scale their impact for a more positive effect on people and planet?

That is the key challenge at the centre of the 2026 Impact Unlimited Summit, our new one-day event happening in London on Wednesday 30 September. Tickets go on sale this spring.

If the world now demands a more mature conversation about fundamentals like scale, capability, governance and actual proof, isn’t that a ‘good’ thing?

The Impact Unlimited Summit will offer you:

Inspiration from stories of success
Understanding of key challenges
Lessons about what works
Connections with people who care.

The summit takes place at Rich Mix, a world-famous cultural hub at the heart of the east London business scene. It will bring together a cross-sector audience from startups, non-profits and corporate businesses to explore how you can scale your impact through increased capability.

Across a day of discussion, we will explore how to grow your impact through:

• Investment
• AI and digital innovation
• People, culture and skills.

Why now?

The question is not whether impact matters. We know that it’s an agenda that’s more urgent than ever.

The planet is in crisis. Health, education and wider society face huge challenges. Confidence in systems, institutions and sometimes in ourselves is fragile.

Leaders across the economy are under pressure to deliver more, often for less. Corporate leaders are navigating increased ESG scrutiny, investment risk and cultural change, while trying to deliver improved performance. Charities and other non-profits need to scale under constraint, often with rising demand and uncertain funding.

Funders, meanwhile, are seeking clearer evidence of what works. They demand proof in order to commit to supporting innovation.

Technology can accelerate positive transformation, for sure, but its effects are mixed and AI is leaving too many people uncertain about the future.

Leadership in this highly challenging environment is about good judgement. It requires credibility and the ability to make decisions backed by data.

Who it’s for

The Impact Unlimited Summit will support leaders from across the UK economy looking to scale the impact their organisations can make. It brings together:

corporate change makers working on people, skills, ESG, social impact and transformation
senior business leaders making decisions about investment, strategy and risk
non-profit leaders navigating scale under constraint
funders and investors seeking to enable what works
• organisations working to build skills, confidence and access.

Together, we’ill examine how skills, technology and investment combine to build capability in scaling impact successfully.

Who you’ll hear from

We’ll host leading speakers from across the UK economy – founders, chief executives, fund managers, digital leaders and system builders – who will share grounded, evidenced accounts of what it takes to grow capability in tough conditions.

We’ll announce our first confirmed summit speakers shortly.

What makes the summit different

There are many events out there that focus on impact. The Impact Unlimited Summit takes a different approach. Our focus is on you.

It is capability-first, concentrating on what helps people and organisations act. It treats doubt as part of the conversation rather than something to hide.

Importantly, it brings business, non-profits and funders into the same room – because meaningful progress doesn’t happen in silos.

The summit is also story-led, with speakers sharing honest reflections on what worked for their success, as well as what didn’t work and what they’d do differently with hindsight.

The event also builds in time and structure for people to connect, ensuring that participants can think and share together. We’re curating the day to balance storytelling with structured dialogue. There will be no sales pitches.

What you’ll leave with

You may not leave with a list of guaranteed answers. But you will leave better equipped to ask the right questions.

You’ll have a greater understanding of capability for impact as the interaction between skills, technology and capital. You’ll discuss all three together – and gain inspiration from stories of success.

Most importantly, you’ll have the chance to build relationships with peers across sectors grappling with similar challenges. We’ll allocate time for connection so you can engage and share ideas with others.

The wider programme

The summit sits at the centre of a broader Impact Unlimited programme. In the months leading up to September, we’ll host smaller conversations that will help identify sector challenges and deepen the content themes that will come together at the Summit itself.
